How do I know what size I should order?
Please refer to our SIZING CHART located near the product images. If you’re between two sizes, we recommend going with the larger size for the best fit.
How many heat settings & zones are there?
9 in total. 5 on the back, 2 by the pockets, 2 in the hood
How many hours does it last on one charge?
Our jacket lasts up to 10 hours on the low heat setting when using a 10,000 mAh external battery pack (the recommended battery). For medium or high heat settings, or when using a smaller power bank, the heating duration may be shorter, depending on those factors.
